Our goal is to provide you with an exceptional hospitality experience, combining comfort, privacy, and tranquility. Kindly take a few moments to read the following terms and policies, designed to ensure a pleasant and seamless stay for all our valued guests.
1. Reservations
When completing your reservation, please ensure that all your contact details (telephone number, email address, and any other available means of communication) are accurate and up to date. This allows us to communicate with you before and during your stay whenever necessary.
To complete the check-in process, you may be required to provide a valid government-issued identification document, such as an Identity Card, Passport, or any other official document verifying your identity. This information is requested solely for reservation verification and compliance with applicable legal requirements.
Arrival & No-Show Policy
Prior to your arrival, we may contact you with useful information and check-in instructions regarding your stay.
If no communication has been received from the guest (via telephone, email, or any other available communication method) by the day of arrival, the suite will remain reserved until 6:00 PM on the scheduled check-in date.
Should neither arrival nor communication be received by that time, the reservation may be considered a No-Show, and the property reserves the right to release the suite and make it available for a new reservation.
2. Check-in
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM until 10:00 PM, by prior arrangement.
For your convenience and flexibility, our property is equipped with Smart Lock technology, allowing for 24-hour Self Check-in.
Before your arrival, you will receive your personal access code along with detailed arrival instructions and all the information required for a smooth and comfortable check-in experience.
3. Check-out
Check-out is strictly until 11:00 AM.
Whenever possible, we will be delighted to personally bid you farewell.
If we are unavailable at the time of your departure, kindly leave your key card on the designated cabinet inside the suite and ensure that the entrance door is securely closed upon leaving.
4. Our Suites
Our suites are fully equipped with modern household appliances, premium kitchenware, and carefully selected amenities, allowing you to enjoy all the comforts of home within an elegant and luxurious environment.
We wish you moments of relaxation, serenity, and unforgettable comfort throughout your stay.
5. Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all indoor areas of the property.
Ashtrays are provided in the outdoor areas, where you are welcome to enjoy your cigarette while respecting the property and its surroundings.
6. Respect for the Property
We kindly ask that you treat the suite and all its furnishings and equipment with the same care and respect you would show your own home.
In the event of damage, loss, or breakage of any property belonging to the accommodation, please notify us immediately.
Where repair or replacement is required, the corresponding cost may be charged to the guest in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
7. Quiet Hours
We kindly request that all guests respect the property’s quiet hours during the afternoon and after 12:00 AM (midnight).
Your consideration helps preserve the peaceful atmosphere, natural beauty, and unique sense of tranquility that make this destination so special.
8. Private Parking
The property offers a spacious private parking area exclusively for our guests.
For everyone’s safety, CCTV cameras operate only in the outdoor common areas. They monitor the surrounding premises exclusively and do not overlook or record private guest areas, ensuring your privacy at all times.
9. Room Service
For stays of six (6) nights or longer, complimentary Room Service is provided every three (3) days.
The service includes:
- Fresh bed linen replacement
- Clean towel replacement
- Light housekeeping throughout the suite
10. Departure
Before your departure, we kindly ask you to:
- Place all used towels together.
- Dispose of your household waste in the designated bins.

These Accommodation Terms & Policies have been prepared in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations governing the operation of tourist accommodations in Greece and the European Union, as well as the principles of good faith, guest safety, and the protection of both our guests and the property.
By completing your reservation and accessing the property, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Policies.
The Management reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Policies whenever required by applicable legislation or whenever deemed necessary to further enhance the quality of the services provided.
